With the notable exception of their 787 and newest 777 ('77Z') configuration. These aircraft are equipped with BEs Super Diamond seat, a state-of-the-art product. I can confirm that those seats are indeed very well suited for tall people. AA has fitted those in their 787-9 and half of the 777 fleet to critical acclaim.
Also, Economy fliers looking to avoid the 10-abreast 3-4-3 16.5-inch hell that seems to become the new norm on 777s almost everywhere should give them a chance as well. Saudia retained the 9-abreast configuration even on their newest 777-300s used in regular longhaul service - although they do have a few high-density configurations flying around, one rarely encounters those outside of pilgrim (Haji) flights.
