If you don't need to eat, the Vitality Spa was fine. I paid 90 QAR (about AU$32) and sat in the jacuzzi for about 30 minutes, then had a long shower. Great option if you don't have lounge access. Was nice and relaxed for my flight. I only saw 4 other people in there during my ~60 minute visit.
