Called twice, no offers (AF waiver or spending bonus) and told me it would be pointless to transfer me to retention because I had already had the fee waived the last 2 years and there were no offers of any kind for me. Told them I would just cancel and get a Citi card that would give me a bonus but there was still nothing they would do to try to keep me as a customer. Probably spent 2-3K on the card last year.
