Most of the 777-200 were delivered between 1999-2001.
More than half of the currently operating 767s were delivered after 1998; 8 of them were delivered in 2003 AFTER the majority of the 777-200 deliveries were completed.

If you are planning on cancelling your trip due to age of aircraft, you may want to reconsider!
Many find the 767 more comfortable, particularly in Y.
