Missed Event Ticket Protection

Has anyone had any experience claiming the Missed Event Ticket Benefit? I am wondering what is the process and how difficult is it to make the claim and get reimbursed.

Also, T&C's say that it covers upto $500 per ticket but that has to be irrespective of the total purchase amount, right? If I purchase 4 Musical tickets for $300 each in a single transaction that totals $1,200, am I only covered for $500 of the total $1,200 purchase. Or am I covered for $300 (up to $500 for each ticket) even though the entire transaction costs more than $500. Feels like I should be covered for up to $500 per ticket.
