I am fairly certain I have food poisoning. Based on how quickly the symptoms came on and the nature of things.

My question is, how do I report this to UA? I am not looking for any compensation or anything like that, but I feel they need to know that there "could" be a case of food poisoning from one of their flights. I always abide by the rules from the movie, "Airplane," and I didn't have the fish! FYI, I was in Business.
