Yesterday, I picked up a Mazda CX-5 from DCA with a paper temporary license plate that only has a date of 3-2-2018 on it. I'm assuming it is expired. I called National and they told me that there is usually a 30 day grace period. I don't feel like driving an hour to IAD to exhange the car. Would National drive a new car to me? Can I go to a local Enterprise location to exchange the car?
