Good points mainly about the checked baggage, thanks!

One downfall I see is I can only seem to get biz class on the route from/to YYZ, nothing in biz that takes me into or out of Hawaii, so on my way back I would get nailed on the checked bags

In regards to the classes, I see Class I for the AC biz portion and Class X for the United economy portion, I can't seem to find much on these classes.. but the AC biz flights are saying lie flat seats, which might be nice for the 5.5 hour portion with a 6 month old

I guess it's just going to come down to if I want to spend the points or not, I most likely will stop collecting Aeroplan points after this trip and wait and see what the new rewards program will be
