AA and disabled travel - fail, but here’s help (to merge)

Husband is 100% disabled vet- Just booked Hawaii trip for 50th anniversary. Booked separate flights thru LAX and paid for flights. Would not accommodate seating in bulkhead without extra fees. He is a quadriplegic and cannot move so has to be in aisle seat Bulkhead allows window seat passenger to get out. AA wanted another $300 plus. They have always put him in bulkhead gratis They can accommodate comfort dogs but not our vets. Our flights were $2900 from PHL. Outrageous. He spent 26 years in USAF..We are now in row 13. Good luck getting him down the aisle (he is 6 feet in the ridiculous aisle chair..
