Manten is fine for the price. A step down from Kyubey (and similar in style), but for ¥6,000 it is solid. Sushi No Midori is not worth going to (and especially waiting in line for). Kanesaka is one of my least favorite high end places (shari is not good, and too sweet) - there are so many better options out there. Miyaba is a legendary shop and is good for the ¥5,000 lunch set, but I would not visit at night considering the ¥30,000 price tag. Shinbashi Shimizu is my absolute favorite sushi shop in Tokyo (and becoming a legendary shop) but good luck getting in unless you are a resident with a Tokyo phone number and fluent in Japanese. No idea why it would be included on a list aimed at foreign visitors. Haven't been to the others listed on there.
