The water pressure in the QF showers is quite low. More precisely, there is less flow because they are water saving shower heads. Understandable given the drought in California.

I'm not sure how the showers in the new AA lounge are, but even before the renovation, I remember thinking that although interior design wise they were not as good as QF, functionally they were better.
