If the casinos in your area have meeting/event space, then you could still plan many non-casino activities as part of the greater program.

What information do you need / what is unclear to you? My point was that gambling regulations / laws in the state where you're planning on holding the activities may restrict what you can accomplish with group activities. For example, in Nevada, gambling can't be done in private areas - so a casino would not be allowed to, say, have your group play blackjack in a separate room or area that isn't open to members of the public who aren't part of your group.
