I am at my wits end, so I'm hoping someone can give me some advice.

I've read the plethora of crediting issues on this forum about crediting RJ flights to BAEC, so knew this would be no easy task.

I recently took 4 flights (2 RJ operated, and 2 RJ coded, BA operated) and none credited. I put in the request for the credit, waited a few weeks, and now have come back as 'rejected'.

I called BAEC and was told that no reason was given for the rejection, but that in order for them to further process the claim, I need to contact Royal Jordanian to obtain proof that I was on the flights - even though 2 of them were operated by BA! I've already sent my boarding passes for all 4 flights, as well as the e-ticket receipt with my initial claim.

I'm not even sure what exactly I'm supposed to ask RJ for, or that they will be of any help.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
