At that hour (not too crowded), I would suggest the following depending on whether you're checking in at a counter.
If you're checking in with a human, start at T6 where you have priority check-in. Take your BP's to the checkpoint between T6 and T7. The person who checks your ID/BP should direct you to the priority lane to the far right of where everyone else is in a winding line-up (at that hour, maybe not so much of a line though). That checkpoint lets you out right at the T7 enterance.
If you're using online/easy check-in with no bags to check, I'd start at T7 and use the checkpoint at the very far end of the terminal (towards T8). No priority, but usually not crowded. That also lets you out pretty close to T7.
Of course, if your flight ends up leaving out of T6, just use the checkpoint at T6 (midway in the terminal) which also has a priority line and lets you out right at the enterance to T6.
