Thanks for all the replies.

My math sucks but not sure bad enough to make a change in opinion. The layover is 52 if all goes perfect. Does that make any difference? This is our first time overseas with kids and I didn't even think to look at this. Assumed the system would.

I do still have the chance to cancel but when I look now it looks to be Sunday before we can leave for a similar price and what looks to be on the same outbound. Otherwise prices went up.

Sounds like if I keep this and we miss it could be days before we get on something for the whole family depending on availability with that being the only assistance provided by United?
