deboyzoned - are you saying that you have flown BA IST-LHR in the last few weeks and been able to take your laptop on board as hand luggage? That is counter to what I understood... TK have been fine with laptops for months, but BA (I thought) were still banning them from carry ons.

Your confirmation would be appreciated - might make a difference for plans later this month.
