Got declined in early Feb. Rang Barclay and asked why. They said they needed the front and back of my SS card, driver's license and bank statement.
Faxed the aforementioned documents to 1-866-836-9595 with my application number written on every page on Feb 11. After 2 weeks have passed without updates, I rang 1-866-469-5977 to check on the progress. The CS Rep said due to security issues, a different department handles the documentation verification progress and they can't see whether or not the doc verification department has already received it. The document verification doesn't have a phone number where I could call to check up on the progress.
So I took the CS Rep's advice and re-faxed my documents on Feb 26. I'm still waiting for an answer.
If any of you has done this before, how long did it take to get an answer?
Should I just mail my documents to:
