No meal in Ce for late booking but....
Hi everyone,
Today I had the unpleasant experience of being approached by the CC before take off and being asked questions like:
sir were you transferred from another flight? No.
Did you book your flight within the last 24hrs? No.
Well.... I got information that you are a late booking and unfortunately there is no meal for you.
This flight is the return leg on a flight I book 2weeks ago. Original flight. No changes, no disruption.
What are my rights as this is clearly a mistake? Avios compensation? :/ how should I proceed?
