The agent had to print it outand there was no SSSS or anything. They said it's because of the visa check. In my travels this only happens going to Australia. Well, last I I flew to Australia (with an eVisa on my Canadian passport) I had no issues checking in online and getting a mobile boarding pass. Same thing last time I flew to India.
The agent may have said that it was because of your Visa, but in all likelihood it was just an AC IT issue. This probably happens to me once a year or so; the online check in just simply will not complete no matter what I do; I'm checked in with no boarding pass and I end up having to go a a check in agent at the airport where I get a BP with no SSSS.
