Better bet: just message World of Hyatt Concierge right here on Flyertalk. For the most past, it's the same gang of suspects as the My Concierge team.
I use MyConcierge every week and love the service. I always use the shared mailbox for email requests. That way, if my own concierge is in, she does the deed. Otherwise, another team member does the deed. Either way, the response is always fast and effective.
Still, I agree with you that Starwood Ambassador is awesome. I think it's a larger group. I don't know the exact numbers, but I get the feeling that the Starwood Ambassador group is about twice as many people (hence faster response time) than the Hyatt Concierge gang.
