*AMEX>>DL for an SQ P and SQ J class award to BKK, 2 VS J class awards to LHR, 2 DL J class awards to LGW
*AMEX>>CO for 4 J class awards to AMS (3 on CO, 1 on NW)
*AMEX>>VS for 2 J class awards to HKG
