There doesn't seem to be a lot still selling, although I thought they'd be able to force you into flights that they've taken off sale but haven't fully filled yet.

LHR-BA167-PHL-AA4674-MHT (50 miles from BOS) appears to have space, although they'd have to put you in the single available J seat on the US domestic [EDIT] and WT+ TATL, although that looks overbooked so may oversell you into Y and bump someone else up if feasible.

EDIT: Or to ...-PHL-AA4827-PWM, 100 miles away?

Can't find much else, except via JFK - but you wouldn't need to overnight as far as I can see. JFK routes seem to have zeroed out.

FINAL EDIT: If you can travel Sunday then there is LON-(multiple)-MAD-IB6165-BOS
