Seems finely balanced. But in answer to your actual question, my guess is that if you enter your BAEC number on the booking, but show your AA card in addition, you will be admitted to lounges and allowed to priority board. I'd be less confident with extra bags as that is probably more directly linked to the booking, but it might work. All of this is just my guess.
