If I were to "guess", I would probably get two tickets

One as a positioning flight departing seattle
The other as the flight on iceland air or WOW from a US city flying to Iceland.

That doesn't take into account your Norway portion. Redeem Aeroplan miles for a cheap intra Europe ticket?
