Based on the responses so far, I thought I should add that I use miles primarily to upgrade domestic travel, or for free international travel in F or J (obviously it would have to be in J on DL). I know that DL sucks for domestic upgrades (do they still not allow upgrades from deeply discounted Y?). How are they and their partners for international J award availability?
