Potato crusted salmon, tomato caper marmalade and white wine cream sauce
Pork spare ribs, tomato sweet and source sauce, pak choy and egg fried rice
Paneer makhani, green beans with mustard seed and steamed basmati rice

AND TO FINISH
Cambozola cheese, aged cheddar cheese, triple cream Canadian brie, crackers, grapes and quince paste
White chocolate banana cake with blackberry coulis

I played safe and went with Chinese food - Pork spare ribs, tomato sweet and source sauce, pak choy and egg fried rice. It was pretty good. Desert was the banana cake (Don't think the other option was available) which was way to sweet for me. Also no Cathay Delight.
