No rhyme or reason to what was causing it, but clearing cookies for Priceline seems to have resolved it for those of us who were experiencing it. You might try that. If it still fails after clearing Priceline cookies, perhaps try a different browser, and let us know--so far, it's working for us, but if it's still a problem and we can narrow down the conditions when it fails, maybe we can find the root cause and report it to Priceline.
I'm still having the issue this morning. could be I'm clicking on the same links from autoslash from yesterday, but they are still coming up with the same error.
to add some more detail. I cleared all cookies, tried chrome and safari. Tried a different computer, didn't work. When I went to PCLN I could book fine, but of course without whatever code or link the price was MUCH higher.
