Apparently so. I just passed the Hertz location that I wanted to switch to. They had at least 5 of the vehicle that I booked for the other location so I don't see it as supply/demand thing .This variation does not exist between the Enterprise neighborhood locations near me.

Hertz rates tend to vary significantly across neighborhood locations, even those relatively close to each other.
