Flying IAH-EDI in April. First leg to LHR is 777F. Does anyone know if the last row of economy reclines fully? Is it all that bad besides being close to lavs? Just want to fully recline and not have someone huffing at me for 9 hours.

*BONUS* Q!: Does anyone know how many economy seats are booked BA 194 April 8th? Trying to get idea of how booked the economy cabin is to see if I should pay for seat or if there is good chance of having decent picks for free T-24. Can't justify expertflyer as I don't fly frequently.
