Yes AdBoy it is absolutely relentless. A lot of BA contact centre staff in Newcastle who deal with change bookings will have had horrendous journeys just to get to work travelling through very deep snow - some outlying districts and even the suburbs have horrendous conditions. I know it is frustrating for passengers trying to get through to them but they will be doing their best under extremely trying circumstances.
They're brilliant. Their can-do attitude and a nice dash of humour is just the tonic. Bravo.
