I have taken advantage of a good offer from Amex Travel that earned me some cashback and it is the first time I have used them to book a KLM flight.

I entered my FB number when booking with Amex so the booking is listed under my trips with my Gold FB status entered so everything seems ok from that point. I have no option for an upgrade and no details of miles earning. I am assuming because I booked via a travel agent I will not be able to upgrade with miles and my miles earnings wont be known until after the flights have been taken.

Was just wondering if anyone else has experience with booking via a 3rd party? Thanks
