I’ve used Advantage several times in HNL. Probably 8-10 times in the past 18 months. In fact, I have one of their cars right now. No problems at all. Great service, decent cars, in the rental car centre so walkable from the terminal and no shuttle necessary. I don’t get what all the negative reviews are all about. I choose them when they are the cheapest and have never had a single problem. Well, just once when the check in agent backed into my car as she was moving the car in front. But that could have happened anywhere and there were plenty of witnesses and nothing ever came of it.
