Many thanks gang. The suggestions have been excellent. Turns out my travel plans changed and I'll actually be heading up there Friday-Saturday to look at (deep breath) 22 different places. Pray for me. And to hell with coffee on Friday night - I'll need a stiff drink or two after all that house hunting!
