BA's website shouldn't be showing any AS reward flights, you have to go to AS's website to find availability. I've never had any problem with BA agents finding SkyWest/Horizon availability, especially since you can see online if there are seats actually available with miles. Reports on this website have said that people have trouble getting agents to see reward seats on SkyWest flights, but I've made nearly a dozen bookings with AS solely on SkyWest flights and have never had a problem with them not seeing the flights. Hopefully this answers your question!
