They shouldn't be. Our Priceline links are actually just search links with your search location, dates/times, and the discount/coupon codes we've identified embedded in them. It's effectively the same thing as you going to Priceline.com, clicking "Car Rentals," typing in your location/dates/times, and adding the discount/coupon codes there (except one click instead of 12). The results from that search should be an identical match to the rates our system found (which are regular, non-prepaid, standard, retail/GDS-bookable rates) and offered you and should be easily available and bookable (assuming you click the offer link from us within a reasonable time of us sending it).

We haven't heard of any issues, but there could be something going on. Can you reply to your offer email for the one you're having an issue with? I'll advise the team to be aware of this post so they're ready for your message.
