I agree.
Seattle has been one of major destinations for both business and tourists for Japanese in these years especially thanks to Ichiro and Sasaki of Seattle Mariners.

On the other hand, Miami is not premier destination for Japanese (unfortunately).
It still has nagative image of drug, etc.
Japanese may prefer Hawaii or West coast for sun shine.
