Not sure if you've checked in already, but I read upthread that competing OLCI means the auto rebook won't work... My LGW-GVA flight tomorrow just got cancelled and I'm certainly experiencing exactly the same thing - annoyingly I've checked in already as I had an Airportr booking (which is another problem to deal with later), so couldn't put it off. I managed not to get cut off by choosing an option other than changing my flight, but that's just seen me put me on hold for 25 minutes so far. Good luck!
