Good rental company to deal with in Munich

Hello all,
I will need a 3-day rental in Munich this spring from the central train station (HBf), on a major public holiday. When I look up all the major car rental firms every single one of them gets utterly terrible reviews, accusations of malfeasance, excessive charges, etc. I have not rented outside the U.S. in over 13 years so I'm not sure who's considered a good company to deal with in that part of the world. I have a tentative booking with Europcar but it's unpaid, and I can cancel it via Travelocity if necessary.

The rental will be paid with a Chase Sapphire Preferred card that includes CDW/LDW, and I have a letter from them stating their coverage. Is that the only insurance I need or do I need to take any supplemental coverage at the rental counter?

Also, is there any agency that rents cars that are a bit above base level, and preferably with something bigger than a crappy 4-cyl wind-up-the-rubber-band engine? I don't need a big car or a luxury car, but I'd like something that can easily hold its own on a nice 2+ hour drive down the autobahn A96 to my destination. Preferably at 160kmh. Or more.
