I love The Bristol and I have stayed at all of the aforementioned hotels. The location is perfect, the service is impeccable, there is no "attitude." The concierge can get you the best table at the best restaurant or steer you to an inexpensive bistro. You kids will love the "cage" elevator. The rooftop swimming pool is wonderful and not as la-de-da- as the Ritz. The beds and linens are divine. You will sleep very well at The Bristol.
