The lounge in MHT is run and paid for by the airport and open to any upper status holding (for UA for example, 1P and above) or club member passengers. I will admit that they don't really check and I think anyone wearing a suit is let in!

It is a really neat, totally random facility. Excited the first time I stumbled upon it. Has a conference room if you need a quick meeting place. Be sure to check out the goodies at the front desk. I really like my MHT sewing kit.
