There are cheaper options, like the Al Maha lounge or Oryx lounge that have showers, I've been to Oryx once and it wasn't too busy.
Depends on what your priorities are and bang for buck, but like thejohn says, you could pay for AM and still have to wait an hour or more for a shower.
