I just had a question about booking a domestic award on ANA. I have some extra points that I wanted to use for a one way flight in premium class from Sapporo to Fukuoka. On the ANA site, it appears that I don't have the option to book premium class, only a simple economy ticket. I am further limited by the fact that I can only book 2 months ahead, while I am planning on leaving in May. I was hoping someone could chime in and tell me what the protocol for booking a domestic award in premium class was. Thanks guys
