Leave China with a different passport than the one you enter
So i don't know if this is the right forum to post this thread or maybe there is another more specific to this kind of issues... sorry if this it's not the right forum.
The biggest problem here: my passport was retained by the Chinese company against my will. I come to China to participate in three month international program, first day company ask for our passports to make some kind of paper work, after one week they don't give our passports back so i claim hard for it and they give it back to me and other ones, after one month they ask for passport again for extra paper work but this time they told me that they will hold it, i claim for it but they don't want to give it back. This passport is the one i have the 90 days Chinese Visa.
In the other hand, i have double citizenship so i also bring my Spanish passport with me. I feel so uncomfortable due to passport retention and other issues and even when i want to complete the three month program, the chance of coming back to my country is on my head, but the question is: may i go out of China with a passport with out Visa or Chinese enter seal??
I want to also ask to people with more experience in China that me: it is passport retention legal in Popular People's Republic of China??
Thanks in advance for your replies.
