accusations of theft and fraud are far-fetched and have no basis in law or reality... at worst (and this is open to some debate) KVS is just a tool which enables its users to violate the terms-of-service of some of the relevant websites.

let's please keep such hyped accusations and noise to a minimum before the mods need to come in and clean things up once again...
