In all honesty I've not noticed any significant difference in terms of speed between MF & WW, service from both can at times seem a bit on the slow side. I'd agree with other comments that airlines such as QR do a much better job of doing bar service and food service in a more timely manner (maybe this is partly due to the fact you can dine any time, so fewer people might opt to eat straight after take off).
