Aviator Red MC, grandfathered USAir card with the 10K annual points...
Called, transferred to retention. Offered AF waiver or downgrade to no-fee card. No spending-related offers.
Probed multiple times for spending bonus, got none. Accepted AF waiver.
Had the card 3+ years, AF waived last year too.
Total spend this past year probably $5K, almost all of it associated with one bonus offer or another (I typically get 3-4 per year and use them).
Good enough to keep it.
