Seats on the intra-Asian flights vary from aircraft to aircraft. It is up to the type of aircraft you fly. ANA has some of its internationally configured aircraft with 50" J class and Full flat F seats on the Vietnam, Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai, and Hong Kong flights from NRT. ANA uses the old style F sleeper seats and 40" J class (regional seating) on the Osaka to Asia flights.

For Y seats, they are pretty much the same.

In terms of meals, J meals on the intra-Asian flights are pretty minimal... ANA serves main meals on an one tray setting, even on the longer flights to Hong Kong. Maybe BKK and SIN will see more elaborate meals, but not likely. However, the F/As are great... refilling beverages.
