I typically want a great room service and/or restaurant menu with excellent food available to me for any luxury hotel stay. In remote Utah or India where there are few or no alternatives, I can forgive Amangiri and Amanbagh for such a possible trespass. In NYC, where there are so many good hotels, however, I’d be displeased!
