Had a brief overnight here recently. No welcome letter given, so I can't say whether it included breakfast in the restaurant. No one mentioned that at check-in (and I was leaving too early for breakfast any way, so I didn't ask).

They tried to give me a room on 17 right across from the service entrance to the Grand Club. No thanks. Wound up in a room on 18 with the BTS view.

My last Hyatt stay as a Globalist . . . out not with a bang, but a whimper. (By contrast, SGS upgraded me to the Raja Suite, which has an outdoor garden and private sundeck.)
