Southwest IT at its finest: can't get into the WN app from in flight wifi
Had the laugh. I'm in flight now and was trying to book my return through the app. It couldn't login and says I'm offline. Well, I'm typing this and using Facebook and sending messages, so I'm clearly not offline. This is on my iPad.
